The pause option can be found in your profile section in the bottom left corner of your learning portal home page.

Note 1: When you pause, new sessions will not unlock for you. You'll still be able to access the previous sessions anytime.

You can resume it from where you left off.

Note 2: A maximum of 12 weeks can be paused in a year.
